Murat ATES received the BSc degree in Chemistry Ed. from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, in 1997. The MSc degree was taken from Chemistry department at Istanbul Technical Uni., Istanbul, Turkey. PhD was also taken from Polymer Science and Technology department at Istanbul Technical Uni., Istanbul, Turkey in 2007. Dr. Ates is working as a full Prof at Chemistry Department at Namik Kemal University, Tekirdag, Turkey. He has been to as a postdoc in Univ. of California Los Angeles for 8 months about energy storage systems. His research interests include electrochemical polymerization, conducting polymers, supercapacitors, batteries, corrosion and biosensor applications.
